Booking and Cancellation Cut-off: Booking and cancellation are allowed until 6 pm.
Multiple Products in One Order: Users can order multiple products to the same shipping address in a single order.
Multi-date Orders and Rebates: Users can order multiple products for different dates and will receive a rebate based on the total amount.
Pre-order through Calendar: Users can pre-order meals through a calendar, with a maximum pre-order window of 30 days and a minimum of 1 day in advance.
Order Cancellation: Users can cancel their orders before 6 pm on the day before the order delivery. For example, if a meal is ordered for the 17th morning, it can be cancelled until 16th at 5:59 pm.
Order Reschedule
Please WhatsApp message to WhatsApp link (+60 16-441 2689) for order cancellations. Points will be reinstated, rewards, credits, and affiliate earnings will be rolled back into the system.
Store Credit Top up
Online Payment Plan for Store Credit: Users can reload their discount store credit through an online payment plan.
Voucher Credit for Shipping Fee: Voucher credits can be used to cover shipping fees.
Top-Up Option for Insufficient Credit: Customers can choose to top up their credit if there is not enough credit available before proceeding to payment.
Point
Point Conversion and Transfer: Points cannot be converted into cash, and they are non-transferable.
System Calculation Errors: In case of a point calculation error by the system, users are not authorized to initiate legal actions against us. Please contact us if you encounter such an issue.
Point Value: Please be aware that the point value is subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping Fee Exclusion: Shipping fees are not factored into point calculations, rewards, etc.
Full Rebate System
Example 1:
First Order Nasi Lemak RM10, pay RM9 after a 10% discount (RM1).
Rebate Wallet receives RM9.
2nd Order RM50, gets a RM5 (10%) discount from Rebate Wallet (RM9).
Order payment is RM45 (RM50 - RM5).
Rebate Wallet deducts RM5 (new order rebate) and adds RM45 (new order payment).
Rebate Wallet: RM9 - RM5 + RM45 = RM49.
Example 2:
First Order Nasi Lemak RM10, pay RM9 after a 10% discount (RM1).
Rebate Wallet receives RM9.
2nd Order RM100, should get a RM10 (10%) discount from Rebate Wallet (RM9).
However, Wallet doesn't have enough funds, so it receives the maximum possible discount, which is RM9.
Rebate Wallet receives RM91 (RM100 - RM9) after the order is completed.
The balance of the Rebate Wallet is RM91 (RM9 - RM9 + RM91).
Affiliate or Referral
QR code and links are provided for new user introductions.
Only one level for introducers.
Up to 100% cash back rewards from downline users for every order, which is deducted as rebate into the Rebate Wallet.
Rebate Wallet is credited only for completed orders.
No expiration date or balance flush for the Rebate Wallet.
No expiration date and time for the Introducer QR code and link.
